Dedicated to the development of new residential communities of the highest quality, Rising Tide Development was formed ten years ago to make use of an innovative Massachusetts law (Chapter 40B) that encourages the development of housing for moderate income households by allowing for building at a higher density than allowed by local zoning often allows. Rising Tide designs quality residential communities that reserve a portion of homes at prices affordable to those who would otherwise be priced out of their own community.   • Lexington Courtyard. Located in Lexington, MA, Lexington Courtyard consists of 36 town homes in eleven buildings arranged around a central courtyard. Lexington Courtyard was built from 2010-2012 and is now sold-out.
  • Beach Plum Village. Located off Rugged Road on Nantucket Island, MA, Beach Plum Village consists of 40 single family cottages built in the style of Nantucket’s historic summer homes. The community includes a pool, clubhouse and Har-Tru tennis court and was recently awarded the Gold Medal for 2012 from the Greater Boston real Estate Board. Development is underway with the first stage of homes sold and occupied.
  • Whitney Farm. Located in Sherborn, MA, Whitney Farm consists of 48 homes on 28 acres including significant amount of land reserved for permanent open space. Site development is now underway with the first homes expected to be available in late summer 2013.
  • Sudbury Village. To be located off Boston Post Road in Sudbury, Sudbury Village has received approval to build 73 town homes backing up to a beautiful stretch of the Sudbury River. Sudbury Village is in a gorgeous natural setting as well as in walking distance to Mill Village, a small commercial area at the intersection of Concord Road. Development is expected to begin in late 2013.
